Modifications are underway at the existing Diamond Springs Refuse Transfer Station. Improvements include corridor grading, paving and striping required for additional traffic lanes, new check-in station, and a new public tipping area. Part of the multi-year phased project includes demolition of the office portion of the existing facility and incorporation of the commingled recyclables transfer operation.

Carlton is providing civil, geotechnical, structural, code consultation, services and is sub-consulting mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering services for the project.
