A six year, $40 million project, El Dorado Irrigation District is now completing the reservoir cover program. Carlton Engineering’s scope for this Design-Build project includes a design development team member assisting the District with review of replacement for 16 uncovered ponds, the Geotechnical Studies and Geotechnical Consultation during construction. Carlton also provided Earthwork construction consultation, Observation and Testing (COT), and Special Inspection during concrete and steel construction.
