With plans of new housing, Edwards AFB required demolition of 205 units and the construction of 198 new units. Carlton prepared a set of plans and specifications that will included both the demolition and site improvement plans. Carlton Engineering has provided support of the concept definitions as well as geotechnical, survey and environmental asbestos clean up for this three year project.
