The multi-family housing project built in the 1940s at Grand Forks AFB consists of 1619 single family dwellings. The 8 phase program consists of demolition and construction of 936 new dwellings. Carlton Engineering is currently in the fifth year of the eight year project, providing demolition plans, updated water systems and redesign of surface improvements. Additionally, Carlton has provided road design for new, replaced and removed roads.
