Investment Plaza, located in El Dorado Hills, CA, is a four building campus totaling 72,000 sq. ft. of Class A commercial office space. Developed by Cemo Commercial, Carlton provided survey and construction staking, civil and structural engineering, design development, construction documents, construction administration and special inspection and materials testing. The project was on a three year schedule - the first two of 4 buildings were completed in 2003.
